We are currently developing an exclusive farmhouse project in Naugaon, Rajasthan.We are looking for talented inside sales professionals to help promote our flagship project to potential buyers and investors.Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales/ Business Development to generate and qualify fresh leads for our farmhouse project. The role involves calling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated databases and marketing leadsHandle inbound/outbound inquiries regarding farmhouse projectsUnderstand customer requirements and investment preferencesGenerate and qualify fresh leads and share them with the sales teamMaintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-ups in CRM systemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline.Prior experience in real estate inside sales or business developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills in English and HindiAbility to confidently pitch luxury real estate productsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedComfortable with high-volume callingPreferred Candidate Profile:Experience in real estate or investment-based selling is a plusImmediate joiners preferredWhat We Offer:Fixed salary + attractive incentive structureOpportunity to work with a premium real estate brandCareer growth in high-end real estate salesSupportive and professional work environment Interested candidates can share their resume on hr@thepalatialfarms.com or 7840001334
