Role - Workday Finance Integration with 5years above hands on experience,Location - Chennai, Kolkata, Pune onlyWork from office mandatoryMust-Have:Integration Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM4 Years Workday experience, of which 2 years spent in handling Workday Studio integrations from Architect phase to Deploy phase.Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation3-8 years of programming/development experience preferredExperience with highly complex integrations preferably between Finance and procurement systems and BankExperience with JavaScript, XSLT and xPath programming strongly preferredGood-to-Have:Thorough understanding of Finance Integration TemplatesExperience in Finance and Bank IntegrationsExperience in handling Integration discovery sessions with the clientExposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middlewareCertifications Required:Workday certifiedRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1. Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development2.Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary3.Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications4.Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday5.Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.6.Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns7.Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
