Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing a team of account executives, and driving growth in city operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in client management and a strong understanding of the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of account executives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to deliver integrated advertising solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency environment.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and growing accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling city operations and driving growth in urban markets.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technologies.
