Jabroyd Innovation Labs: AI/ML Engineer - Large Language Models Specialist


Job Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), you will focus on the development, optimization, and project delivery of cutting-edge large language models. Your work will power our diverse range of products and services, ensuring that our AI capabilities remain at the leading edge of the industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and project management skills. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of AI projects—from initial design through to final implementation and integration, ensuring timely delivery that meets both technical specifications and business objectives.



Responsibilities


Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy efficient, scalable, and accurate large-scale language models.


Research and Innovation: Conduct research and experimentation to push forward the understanding and application of LLMs across different domains.


Optimization: Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of existing language models while reducing resource consumption.


Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate language models into our offerings.


Knowledge Upkeep: Stay informed about the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously refine our approaches.


Best Practices: Implement industry-leading practices for data management, model training, and development, ensuring the creation of high-quality models.


Project Implementation and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from initial scoping through to deployment, ensuring successful implementation and integration in line with stakeholder expectations.


Use Case and POC Development: Develop and refine AI and generative AI use cases tailored to specific industries, and create proofs of concept to demonstrate the practical applications and benefits of our LLM technologies.


Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI/ML, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ensuring the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.



Qualifications


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.


Experience: Solid experience in developing and deploying large language models, with a comprehensive understanding of NLP and neural network architectures.


Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.


Tech Savvy: Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).


Data Handling: Knowledge of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment best practices.


Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate complex ideas clearly, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
