  • Overseeing the entire Recruitment process from role identification to candidate placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey
  • Strong skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers.
  • Publishing vacancies on the company website and external platforms, ensuring wide visibility and candidate reach for quick closures.
  • Identifying high-potential employees and develops them to fill critical roles, ensuring smooth transitions and business continuity.
  • Plan and execute Training & Development programs.
  • Collaborates with employees to understand and implement the training needs of employees
  • Developing targeted strategies to attract and retain top talent tailored to specific role requirements.
  • Keeping employees motivated, valued, and connected to the company's mission for peak performance.
  • De-escalating tensions and facilitating solutions to maintain a productive environment.
  • Strategize and implement new policies & processes.
  • Well equipped with Statutory Compliances.
  • Connect with team members to understand the gaps and design solutions for the same.
  • Manage employee lifecycle onboarding to deboarding.
  • Mentor the junior HR team members for the best results.


Who Can apply


  • 5+ years in managing End to End HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting mid to senior-level.
  • Sound knowledge in Statutory requirements, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisitions, Employee engagement, recruitments etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Docs/Word and Google Sheets/Excel for efficient document and data management.
