About Us:Latinem is a high-performance Global Capability Centre (GCC) delivering world-class strategic, digital, and operational support to Sobha’s markets across the Middle East, the United States, and Australia, the leading developer in the Middle East.Driven by excellence and innovation, Latinem is more than just a support hub it is the intellectual engine fueling some of the most ambitious real estate projects worldwide.We bring together top-tier talent across functions, including Engineering, Design, Technology, Finance, Marketing, HR, Procurement, and Business Intelligence, operating at the intersection of precision and scale.Global Vision, Made in IndiaWith its base in India, Latinem bridges time zones, cultures, and business priorities, enabling 24/7 business continuity, strategic execution, and seamless integration with international teams.Job description:Design and lead cross-functional transformation programs focused on enhancing process performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across functions.Support senior leadership in identifying and prioritizing transformation opportunities aligned with business objectivesFacilitate cross-functional meetings to define transformation roadmaps and ensure stakeholder alignmentMonitor implementation of change initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and ensure delivery of targeted business outcomes.Benchmarking & Performance Improvement:Design and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies (internal, industry, and cross-industry).Identify performance gaps and best practices by comparing organizational performance against leading industry standards including various areas of operations including the efficiency parameters like SLAs / TATs, productivity and other performance parametersProvide insights and recommendations to close performance gaps and enhance business practices.Maintain a library of benchmarking resources, tools, and data sources.Identify performance gaps Use benchmarking insights to drive targeted improvement initiatives and establish performance standards.Business Insights & Analytics:Lead the development of business intelligence and analytics frameworks to assess market trends, and internal efficiency.Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in various business operationsCollaborate with data, IT and finance teams to develop dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for leadershipAnalyze internal and external data to generate insights that inform strategy and operational improvement.Process Optimization & InnovationConduct deep-dive diagnostics and process reviews using Lean, Six Sigma, BPR or BPM methodologies.Optimize end-to-end real estate processes asset lifecycle management, and vendor engagement etc.Explore Digital and PropTech solutions to automate manual processes and enhance customer experience.Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by delivering data-driven recommendations.Present findings and transformation proposals in a clear and compelling manner.Support change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering + MBASkill Required:Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt (Certified), Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Operations Management, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, Data Analytics (Power BI), Change Management.
