Responsibilities:

 Focus extensively on offering digital solutions and cutting-edge technology along with AI/ML tools for localization business

 Discover/develop Generative AI Language Services and work with multiple teams within PFT for improving machine translation, transcription across different languages

 Develop new business models like AI based live caption services and cloud based dubbing and be ahead in the game with new offerings in the localization industry

 Enhance productivity & efficiency across the org by process automation, adoption of tech and AI on a day to day basis

 Identify market trends, acceptance and emerging technologies to capitalize new opportunities in advance.

 Become a bridge between the Localization industry, our service team and Tech industry and come up with practicable, implementable tech solution.

 Take the responsibility to solve teething and adoption related problems at both ends. This may need new ways of working (for services team) or may need finetuning /changes in technology.

 Assessment of commercial viability of the tech solution.  Managing the budget for R&D, evaluation.

 Responsible for adoption of Tech within the services BU.

 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within PFT, Customers and Industry partners.

 Develop and execute strategic plans to drive localization growth and expansion by changing the offering to Tech and AI enabled localization

 Review new opportunities, work with sales and bid team to put together the right commercials and proposals by ensuring technology in the center.

 Work with Ops heads and SPOCs to efficiently and effectively run POCs, review and document SOPs

 Drive revenue growth with innovative GTMs, collaborate with sales and marketing reams to create compelling value proposition.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitor growth plans etc and use the data insights for informed decision making. Adjust strategies to have competitive edge when required.

 Establish KPIs to measure PFT’s CL initiatives, GTMs and customer relationships.

 Track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data insights and performance metrics to optimize strategies, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate ROI and overall growth.


Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree in business is preferred, but not a must).

 6+ years of experience in driving technology initiatives, evangelizing the overall digital growth with a proven track record of success.

 In-depth knowledge of AI workflows and emerging technologies in AI/ML.

 Experienced Tech manager in software with strong thought leadership. Passionate self-starter with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of media industry and adapt to changing market conditions and focus on Next gen digital solutions

 Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence within the localization team for AI and technology adoption.

 Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation and creativity.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
