Position: Guidewire Business Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guidewire Business Analyst to contribute to the success of our Guidewire projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Effectively engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

· Actively participate in workshops to refine business and technical needs.

· Develop comprehensive design documents to outline solutions and system configurations.

· Validate application functionality across multiple environments to ensure quality.

· Create and maintain project plans (MPP), assign tasks, and track progress with detailed metrics to ensure compliance and project health.

· Design and develop user interfaces (PCF Screens) with an understanding of localization for different regions.

· Utilize Gosu to create and enhance classes, ensuring robust application functionality.

· Prepare and execute unit test cases (UTC) to validate system changes.



Qualifications:

· Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center and Policy Center.

· Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, design documentation, and system validation.

· Proficiency in Guidewire customization, including data modeling, UI development, and LOB mapping.

· Hands-on experience with Gosu development for classes and enhancements.

· Familiarity with software configuration and localization best practices.

· Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
