As the Facebook Ad Buyer, you will be working inside Facebook and other top social platforms to run client campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team to create fantastic marketing campaign results. This role reports to our social media lead.


The ideal candidate is a person hungry to work with a dynamic company in a rapidly evolving industry. This candidate is someone who understands ad buying, business goals, and performance optimization and seeks continual upgrades to their professional experience. You are agile, professional, organized, and able to take on a range of responsibilities.


This job is completely remote. Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm PT/ Los Angeles, CA, USA. On India Standard Time (IST) these hours are 8:30pm to 5:30am.


Core Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook campaigns 
  • Own the entire Facebook ad buying process campaign lifecycle, including advising on RFPs, creative trafficking, pixel creation, daily campaign management
  • Setup campaigns to drive leads and sales
  • Review data for performance optimizations
  • Maintain smooth campaign pacing
  • Pro-actively communicate recommendations, needs, and expectations to clients
  • Setup CRM systems with automations such as: Facebook leads pushed to Hubspot, or using Zapier to pull data into a Google Sheet

  

Qualifications

  • Professional English - written and verbal
  • 3-5 years experience working on Facebook advertising, ideally inside an agency with process and organization
  • 2+ years experience with customer automation tools from Hubspot, Zoho and Zapier Self-starter: this is an entirely remote position on a small team, so the perfect candidate will have no issues structuring their own workday and holding themselves accountable.
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Held a similar role at an advertising agency
