Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Drafter at IG & Associates. The Structural Drafter will be responsible for creating shop drawings, technical drawings, architectural drawings, and building information modeling (BIM) for bridge and building projects in the United States.


Qualifications

  • Shop Drawings, Technical Drawing, and Structural drawing.
  • Experience in Structural Engineering and Building Information Modeling (BIM) using REVIT Structures, REVIT Architecture and AutoCAD (must have used viewports, scales, annotative scales) and worked with drafting standards.
  • Proficiency in drafting software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in English, and must be able to understand markups written in English.
