Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team at VisionPlus Technologies. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and recruitment, with the ability to identify top talent and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles, from sourcing to on-boarding.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified IT professionals.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pipeline Development: Maintain and manage an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.

Market Research: Stay updated on current IT hiring trends, market conditions, and competitor intelligence to ensure competitive advantage.

Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills (e.g., Software Developers, Data Scientists, System Engineers).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in social media recruitment, job boards, and other online recruiting tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for software development, data science, cybersecurity, or cloud computing roles.
  • Strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts.
