The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Founder's office, including managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, events, meetings, follows ups and confirming travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, meeting requests, and the like
  • Prepare proposals, invoices, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, corporate communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Use of technology (MS teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, Webex etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
