Deepa Bajaj Design Studio is a forward-thinking interior design firm committed to creating inspiring spaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in both design and execution phases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules for both design and execution phases.
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure the project remains within budgeted hours.
  • Identify, assess, and track risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive site checklists.
  • Supervise project teams, including designers and site supervisors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution quality and adherence to design intent.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely collections.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
