Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Technical Interview Panel ExpertExperience Level: 20+ years (Frontend + Backend expertise)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to serve as a Technical Interview Panel Expert, responsible for assessing candidates across both frontend and backend technologies.This expert will evaluate web architecture, coding standards, UI/UX fundamentals, and integration of APIs for scalable full-stack applications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct technical interviews for frontend, backend, and full stack developer candidates.Evaluate candidates on React/Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD.Review code quality, UI responsiveness, and system architecture design capabilities.Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to define interview structure and technical assessments.Contribute to full-stack technical evaluation templates and skill matrices.Technical Expertise:Frontend: React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.DevOps: Docker, Git, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of performance optimization, API design, and system scalability.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Information Technology.10+ years in full-stack development and team leadership.Prior experience as a technical interviewer / evaluator for developer roles.
