🔑 Role & Responsibilities

âś… Accounting daily journal entries for cash/bank transactions with accuracy & TAT.

âś… Prepare Capital Calls & Distributions as per Fund Accounting deliverables.

âś… Perform cash/bank reconciliations regularly.

âś… Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments & portfolio valuations quarterly.

âś… Monitor cash flows to facilitate capital calls & distributions.

âś… Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, bi-annual financial statements with documentation.

âś… Preparation/review of partner capital statements & waterfall schedules.

âś… Handle monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals & expenses.

âś… Manage partner capital activities (calls, distributions, transfers).

âś… Prepare/review management fee calculations, carried interest allocations as per fund documentation.
