Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in developing intelligent chatbots using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and deploying them on various foundation models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), designing cost-effective solutions, and implementing prompt caching mechanisms to optimize performance and minimize resource consumption.

 


Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and deploy chatbots leveraging RAG for enhanced conversational capabilities.

·      Build chatbot systems that are compatible with various foundation models, such as OpenAI, GPT, LLaMA.

·      Implement prompt caching mechanisms to reduce latency and optimize API call efficiency.

·      Develop cost optimization strategies, including efficient model usage and resource allocation.

·      Create and maintain pipelines for document embedding, indexing, and efficient query retrieval.

·      Integrate knowledge bases, APIs, and external data sources seamlessly into chatbot systems.

·      Monitor and enhance chatbot performance using feedback loops, analytics, and continuous learning.

·      Ensure compliance with data security standards and ethical AI guidelines.

 


Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science.

·      3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on chatbot development.

·      Proven expertise in RAG techniques, including knowledge base creation and retrieval methods.

·      Experience with multiple foundation models, including OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, or Cohere.

·      Hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific domains or industries.

·      Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, caching strategies, and API optimization techniques.

·      Proficiency in NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar.

·      Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

·      Solid programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

·      Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

 


Preferred Skills:

·      Experience with conversational AI frameworks like Rasa or Dialogflow.

·      Strong understanding of cost management in large-scale AI deployments.

·      Proficiency in embedding techniques, such as OpenAI’s embeddings or Sentence-BERT.

·      Knowledge of Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications, optimizing performance for diverse use cases.
