Role Description

This is a contract role for a SAP Basis Administrator Consultant at Hyperion IT Solutions. As a SAP Basis Administrator Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP systems and Hana databases, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting of SAP systems, monitoring system performance, implementing security protocols, and providing technical support to internal stakeholders. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. All systems being supported are Unix based systems.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SAP Basis administration with S/4 Hana, Cloud Connector, CPI-DS Agent.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager
  • Experience in managing SAP databases, backup, and recovery
  • Strong understanding of SAP security protocols and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Experience with SAP upgrades and system migrations is a plus
  • SAP certifications are preferred but not required
