Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Generative AI Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a generalist in Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge AI models and pipelines, focusing on generative technologies across various media types. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative insight, making it ideal for a generalist who thrives in the intersection of technology and design.


Key Responsibilities:

- Development and Integration of Diffusion Models:  

 Fine-tune, implement, and optimize diffusion models such as Stable Diffusion, PixArt Sigma, and Flux. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into production environments and enhance their capabilities for various applications, including image, audio, and video generation.

- Generative AI Pipeline Management:  

 Develop and maintain generative AI pipelines, leveraging knowledge of Transformers, Encoders, Vocoders, and other essential components. Ensure efficient model training, fine-tuning, and deployment within these pipelines, focusing on scalability and performance.

- Computer Vision and Object Detection:  

 Utilize YOLO and similar models for object detection tasks within generative AI workflows. Integrate these capabilities to enhance video and image generation processes.

- Speech Synthesis and Recognition:  

 Apply advanced techniques in Speech Synthesis, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Retrieval-based Voice Conversion (RVC) to develop innovative audio solutions. Ensure high-quality outputs and explore new methodologies to push the boundaries of speech technology.

- Video Generation Using Diffusion Models:  

 Implement generative AI diffusion models for video creation, ensuring realistic and high-quality outputs. Work with video generation tools and libraries to develop new applications and improve existing ones.

- Research and Open-Source Integration:  

 Conduct thorough research on open-source libraries and frameworks relevant to generative AI. Evaluate and integrate these resources into existing pipelines, contributing to the advancement of our AI capabilities.

- Programming and Software Development:  

 Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python and adhere to good programming practices. Develop, test, and deploy software solutions that leverage generative AI models, ensuring robust and scalable codebases.

- UI/Interface Expertise:  

 Utilize and customize interfaces like ComfyUI and Auto1111 to run and manage generative AI models effectively. Enhance user experience by integrating these tools with other AI systems and ensuring seamless interaction and workflow.

- File Format Expertise:  

 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various file formats for images, videos, audio, and 3D assets. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different formats within generative AI applications.

- 3D/CGI and Game Engine Knowledge:  

 Apply a basic understanding of 3D/CGI pipelines and game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity. Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate AI models into interactive media and gaming environments.

- UI/UX Design Principles:  

 Utilize foundational knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and frameworks to enhance the user interface and user experience of AI tools and applications. Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that our AI solutions are intuitive and user-friendly.

- Programming and Software Development:  

 Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python and adhere to good programming practices. Develop, test, and deploy software solutions that leverage generative AI models, ensuring robust and scalable codebases.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and systems.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with software development best practices.

- Hands-on experience with diffusion models, transformers, and encoders.

- Experience with tools and frameworks like ComfyUI, Auto1111, and similar generative AI interfaces.

- Knowledge of Speech Synthesis, TTS, STT, RVC, and related technologies.

- Experience with YOLO and computer vision models.

- Familiarity with video generation techniques using generative models.

- Understanding of file formats for multimedia content and 3D assets.

- Basic knowledge of 3D/CGI pipelines and game engines such as Unreal Engine and Unity.

- Strong research skills with the ability to explore and integrate open-source libraries.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and frameworks.


Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of tools and environments such as Jupyter, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI models.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
