The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of project management processes, and the ability to drive customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Requirement Gathering:

Meet with key stakeholders at the customer's location to gather, document, and clarify project requirements.

Translate customer needs into clear and actionable project scopes and timelines.

Conduct regular meetings with the customer to ensure evolving requirements are understood and met.

Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with the supply team to communicate customer requirements and ensure alignment on project deliverables.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and project milestones.

Identify and resolve potential project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely project completion.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the internal project team.

Regularly update the customer on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer expectations are met effectively and efficiently.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that the project is delivered in compliance with both the customer's expectations and industry best practices.

Review the quality of supplies and deliverables to ensure they meet predefined specifications.

Gather customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the project delivery process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirement specifications, project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.

Provide weekly or monthly reports to internal management on the status of the project and key milestones achieved.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful customer-facing roles.

Prior experience in a PMO role or working at a customer site is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.).

Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving project success.

Personal Attributes:

Customer-focused with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
