Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Sales
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Promote and sell travel products, services, and packages to partners, ensuring revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential partners.
- Account Management
- Build strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and training sessions to keep partners updated on offerings and promotions.
- Provide support to clients in customizing packages that suit their customer needs.
- Market Research and Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns targeting B2B partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to optimize performance.
- Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of travel services to partner clients.
- Address and resolve partner issues, including booking discrepancies, payment follow-ups, or itinerary changes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback to improve service quality.
- Product Knowledge and Training
- Maintain deep knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and services offered.
- Conduct training sessions for B2B partners to enhance their ability to sell the company’s products effectively.
- Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, and emerging destinations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B travel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the travel industry, including corporate travel, group bookings, and wholesale travel.
- Sales Expertise: Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and nurturing partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and client needs to devise effective strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools, travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and productivity tools like MS Office.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
