Application Engineer – Mobile Robots

Job Description

  • Solving technical queries and providing support for difficult problems
  • Support of the operating and server software as well as the AMR hardware in the function
  • Accompaniment of product development from a customer support point of view: Introduction of important requirements in the specification of new releases: - User-friendliness, diagnostic capability, condition monitoring, etc. –
  • Support of the development project and design of the field launch: post sales, service concept, global knowledge transfer, application test
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in terms of customer satisfaction through quality and complaint management with each new release
  • Implementation of workshops, trainings, and preparation of technical messages for service technicians & customers at home and abroad
  • Manage business relationships with new and existing customers, through visits on the national territory, with a view to loyalty.
  • Identify the needs of customers in the AMR field, developing proposals suitable for their satisfaction.
  • Create synergy with colleagues in the Sales area in different sectors of industry with a view to customer centricity.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in Technical Sales Support to identify technical solutions in line with the customer's needs.


Applicant profiles

  • bachelor’s degree in the field of, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical or comparable knowledge.
  • of automation technology, especially plant safety is an advantage.
  • of MS Office
  • written and spoken English skills.
  • to travel for business trips around the country.
  • of working with AMRs is required, such as deployment, troubleshooting, and proof of concept demos.
  • of LINUX commands, server handling and PLC programming.
  • in intra-logistics will be considered a plus.
  • entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented thinking and acting
