Technical Skills:

  • Should have 7+ years experience in the data analytics or Business Intelligence field, along with it one year of experience in team handling.
  • Expertise in BI tools (AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau). QuickSight is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL/PLSQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience managing large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and working alongside data engineering and DevOps teams.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with Zoho Analytics (creating reports, managing data source sync).
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (optional but a plus).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as data discrepancies or Dataset failures.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, advanced formulas) for ad-hoc analysis.

  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and gathering business requirements to create technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve data discrepancies and optimize BI processes.
