Job Title: Medical Device/Pharma Recruiter

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-time (potential for full-time)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device/Pharma Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within the realm of medical device roles including regulatory, quality assurance, validation, CAPA, complaints management, post-market surveillance, CSV (Computer System Validation), medical writing, and related areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for medical device and pharmaceutical positions, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify the most suitable candidates.
  4. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent within the industry.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions, job postings, and client communications.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for our company, promoting our services and values within the industry.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the business by actively seeking new opportunities and driving business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Familiarity with medical device roles such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, validation, CAPA, complaints management, post-market surveillance, CSV, and medical writing.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and vendors.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
  7. Enthusiasm, passion, and a proactive attitude towards driving business growth and success.
  8. Flexibility to work part-time hours if needed, with the potential for full-time employment based on business needs.
