As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Finance, Accounts, and Operations Manager to manage our financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency in India. 


 Key Responsibilities: 


1. Financial Management: 

  - Oversee the entire financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. 

  - Ensure effective management of cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. 

  - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management. 

  - Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. 

  - Collaborate with business units to provide strategic financial insights and performance analysis. 


2. Accounts & Compliance: 

  - Manage end-to-end accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations. 

  - Ensure timely closure of accounts, preparation of balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. 

  - Maintain compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, GST, and RBI regulations. 

  - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners to ensure accurate reporting and audits. 

  - Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements. 


3. Operations Management: 

  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of payment processes. 

  - Streamline operational workflows, monitor payment transactions, and ensure adherence to SLAs. 

  - Collaborate with technology and product teams to implement automation and operational efficiencies. 

  - Oversee vendor management, procurement, and inventory control processes. 


4. Strategic Contributions: 

  - Assist senior management in shaping financial strategies and company-wide goals. 

  - Provide data-driven insights to optimize profitability, growth, and efficiency. 

  - Evaluate business performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions when necessary. 


 Qualifications & Skills: 


- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with at least 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations roles. 

- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, including taxation, GST, and RBI guidelines. 

- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services industries is preferred. 

- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel. 

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and drive operational excellence. 

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
