Position: Public Relations - Senior Associate

Reports To: Senior Manager / Associate Director


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email.
  2. Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media.
  3. Act as a representative for El Sol Strategic Consultants in public relations efforts.
  4. Support development media relations strategies to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
  5. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
  6. Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively.
  7. Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.
  8. Collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage.
  9. On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities.
  10. Promote client events via public relations platforms.
  11. Document all campaigns, including briefs, scripts, and testimonials.
  12. Prepare presentations, campaign taglines, and interview responses.
  13. Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media.
  14. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.


Requirements :

  1. 3–5 years of experience with the ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
  2. Solid understanding of how agency services, products, and offerings support client retention and growth.
  3. Strong articulation and professional representation in all interactions.
  4. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks.
  5. Respectful, tactful, and collaborative approach with colleagues and clients, demonstrating a team- and client-first mindset.
