Tata Technologies is seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team If you're passionate about engineering and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you


Experience: 3-6yrs

Software: UGNX/CATIA V5

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Education: BE/BTECH


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Seating Plastics components design using UGNX/CATIA V5 for creation of CAD

geometry and drawings in support of various seating projects.

  • Design and development of Complete Seating Plastics components considering DFM

and DFA.

  • Prepare feasibility reports for CAS, create close volume, B features, materials

selection, create 2D drawings with plastics standards.

  • Prepare packaging studies, environment check, draft analysis reports, perform

thickness analysis, curvature analysis, decide assembly sequence & strategy, calculations work for B side attachments.

  • Ensure tooling feasibility of plastic parts, good knowledge of plastics defects – its root causes & countermeasures actions required.
