Job Description:

As a Senior QC Engineer at Web4next, you will lead our efforts in implementing robust quality control processes for our IT solutions. You will leverage your expertise in automation to streamline testing procedures, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our software development projects.

Responsibilities:


Quality Assurance and Automation:

Develop and implement automated testing strategies to ensure the quality of software applications.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Test Planning and Execution:


Create comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.

Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Development Teams:

Work closely with software developers to understand system architecture and functionality.

Provide feedback to development teams on issues, risks, and potential improvements.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

Implement best practices for test automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QC processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results.

Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics and testing activities.


Training and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QC engineers on automation techniques and best practices.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the overall skill set of the QC team.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a QC Engineer in the IT industry with a focus on automation, with at least [X years] of relevant work experience.

Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.


Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in quality assurance and automation.

Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
