Title -Performance Marketing Lead - User Engagement Specialist


Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Marketing Lead who specializes in user engagement through channels such as notifications and email marketing. This role is pivotal in optimizing the marketing funnel to enhance user journey towards conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement through notifications and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to maximize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to align messaging and creative assets with engagement goals.
  • Analyze user behavior data and campaign performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, growth, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on user engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and user engagement strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience 3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on user engagement through notifications and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
  • teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile app marketing and familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
