Team Leader -Healthcare Data Research

We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team that provides Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US Based company that provides healthcare commercial intelligence.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The opportunity is to lead a team of individual contributors and work towards achieving business results for the team.
  • The Team Leader will be responsible for end-to-end business operations of the data and delivery.
  • He/she will be responsible for understanding the data-set requirements and translating them into to the final product.
  • He/she will be responsible to track quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure business process quality and efficiency.
  • This role involves working with the team and the management on a variety of initiatives related to data operations.
  • He/she would communicate with passion and enthusiasm, accept the change as a natural phenomenon, and lead by example when communicating with the team.
  • Conduct online research on practice locations and other demographic data for Healthcare Professionals
  • Verifying firmographic information on healthcare organizations, such as name, address, phone, website, and company affiliation
  • Reviewing executive leadership at healthcare organizations
  • Other web-based research on healthcare organizations or providers
  • Researching and updating the profiles of healthcare providers, including both organizations (medical practices, hospitals, etc.) and people (doctors, physician assistants, etc.).
  • Visiting relevant sources for collecting information and updating the database
  • Reviewing and confirming existing data of healthcare providers and people
  • Tracking changes and cleaning the data on an ongoing basis
  • Investigating and resolving client issues.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A range of 6-8 years of experience in Company/People Data Analysis and Research
  • Thorough knowledge of business and data/content management objectives.
  • Manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Interaction with internal and external clients to solve business issues or inquiries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA, CFA, or any other Post-Grad Degree


SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge in company and management data analysis
  • Excellent data research, analysis, and automation skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office apps, advanced Excel customization skills, and report envisaging and presentation skills
  • Understanding healthcare company terminology and business practices


LOCATION: Hyderabad, India

WORK HOURS: 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM (IST) (Monday-Friday)

SALARY RANGE: Best in Industry
