Site Architect

Job Overview:

SGA is seeking talented architects to join our site team. We are looking for technically strong architects with high design and reasoning skills. You will be part of a larger team working on large scale national projects such as Institutional, Healthcare, Commercial, Offices, Residential, Airports and Railway Stations. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects awarded through National and Global competitions, collaborate with a diverse team throughout our nation-wide projects and contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable designs that shape the future of our cities and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with client and site for smooth working and delivery of the project without any delay.
• Coordination and interaction with project construction and execution teams to ensure quality.
• On-time deliveries as per timelines established by the management.
• Presenting the designs and any changes to both the client and the main office.
• Coordination with MEP, Structural and Architectural drawings.
• Coordinating on-site work at Berhampur, Odisha.

Job Requirements:

• Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Meeting and coordination with the clients.
• Preparing working details.
• Regular site observation and checking to ensure work carried out is as per issued drawings.
• Site coordination.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional approach to balance time-cost-deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Arch from an accredited institution.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of full time experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a firm handling large scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of building services coordination.
• Ability to carry out meetings on your own.
• Past experience in large scale projects such as Airports, Campus Design, Institutional, Healthcare, Railway Stations, etc. is desirable.

Software Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in CAD and Spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to self-start with the ability to work independently.
