Job Title: Finance Operations Associate (FRESHERS ONLY)

Job Location: Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary Offered- 22,000 fixed in hand


Position Overview: As a Finance Operations Associate, you will play an essential role within our teams, providing comprehensive business establishment solutions for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various non-recurring legal applications required for setting up business entities and ensuring they comply with the relevant legal requirements. You will liaise with government departments to track the status of applications, ensuring smooth and timely approvals. Your responsibilities will cover key areas such as business incorporation, tax registrations, industry-specific certifications, mandatory compliance filings, and optional corporate filings.


Responsibility:

1-You will manage the incorporation process for various types of business entities, including preparing and submitting incorporation documents to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

2-You will handle essential tax registrations such as ESIC, EPF, Professional Tax (PT), and GST, ensuring timely registration.

3-You will assist clients in obtaining industry-specific certifications, including FSSAI licenses, Import Export Code (IEC), MSME registrations and Statrup INDIA registration.

4-You will manage post-incorporation compliance filings, including forms like INC-20A for companies, 80G and 12A for NGOs, and Form 3 for LLPs.

5-You will handle optional corporate filings related to changes in company composition, such as director appointments, capital adjustments, and amendments to the company’s name or objectives.


*The role does not include maintaining financial books or handling recurring tax filings like GST returns*.


Education and Experience:


Qualifications

  • BCOM/BBA/BBM, BCOM-LLB, BBA-LLB, CA/CMA INTER/CS EXECUTIVE
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of MS WORD AND MS EXCEL
  • Ability to work well in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently
