We are now looking for a Creative Designer cum Video Editor who matches that energy — someone with not just skills, but a design mindset, initiative, and the ability to bring brands to life visually.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Create high-quality visual content — from graphics to video — that speaks to our premium brand positioning.

● Design across multiple formats: real estate marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media reels, brochures, walkthroughs, presentations, and more.

● Edit crisp, engaging, and dynamic videos for both offline and digital use, using professional-grade software.

● Use cutting-edge AI-based tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, D-ID, etc.) to ideate, scale, or accelerate content creation — not just filters or gimmicks.

● Work directly with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure design excellence and brand consistency across touchpoints.

● Take ownership of deadlines — no micromanagement, just results and accountability.

We’re not just hiring a tool operator. We’re hiring a creative thinker, a visual storyteller, and a tech-savvy executor.

Must-Have Qualifications●      


2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation.

Mastery over tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe PS, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD), Coral Draw, Canva

Proven experience using AI tools for design/video workflows — with real examples to show.

A strong, curated portfolio (Behance, personal website, or Drive link) showcasing your own design & video work.

Solid understanding of design principles: typography, layout, motion, brand identity, and composition.

Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Optional but Impressive:

●      Motion graphics / 2D animation skills

●      Experience in architecture, interior, or real estate-related visual work

●      Basic photography or videography skills

●      Knowledge of tools like Blender, Unreal Engine, or 3D software
