Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site position for Head of Research and Data in the Founder's Office (Anshi Barmecha) at NIRU Group in Mumbai. The individual will lead daily research initiatives focused on ancient Hindu scriptures, delving deeply into their meanings and implications. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking venture. We are developing a luxury brand that fuses India's rich heritage and artistry with the precision and craftsmanship of Switzerland.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis:

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to process and analyze large volumes of textual data.
  • Identify patterns and insights that enhance traditional research methods, uncovering deeper meanings within ancient scriptures.


Natural Language Processing (NLP):

  • Apply NLP tools to efficiently translate, interpret, and contextualize Sanskrit and Hindi texts.
  • Enhance the robustness of research processes through effective text analysis.


Innovative Research Methodologies:

  • Introduce and implement machine learning algorithms to categorize and interpret diverse texts and sources.
  • Streamline research processes and develop new methodologies for understanding ancient materials.


Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:

  • Facilitate communication between research teams and technical developers to integrate technology into scripture studies.


Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analysis and experience with NLP tools
  • Proficiency in machine learning and innovative research methodologies
  • Familiar with Hindu Studies or Hindu Mythology
  • Proficiency in Sanskrit, Hindi, and English
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Initiative in research planning and execution
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple research sources
