About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Campaigns Manager to design, build and run marketing campaigns for the financial services market across North America, Europe, UK, Ireland and India. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise working in integrated campaign execution, project and workflow management, campaign performance (measurement, reporting and analytics), and experience with CRM management, marketing automation tools, Project management tools and data analysis. The candidate will play a key role in driving the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and optimizing the marketing processes across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Performance Monitoring:
- Responsible to design, build and run multi-channel integrated campaigns (online and offline) efficiently from the onset including production of campaign brief to define the scope of the program and outline expectations
- Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective reach and engagement with target audiences through different channels.
- Define and report out on campaign metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement lead scoring models to optimize the conversion of leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Project Management and Data Analytics:
- Provide strategic oversight and project management for all marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage and oversee all marketing technology tools and project management tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to interpret and extract insights that inform future marketing campaigns and decision-making.
- Ensure all MarTech platforms are effectively utilised to track and nurture leads and provide insights to the sales team.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize campaign execution and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key business activities and performance metrics to continuously enhance marketing processes and results.
- Develop and maintain marketing best practices and develop business requirement documents, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders:
- Collaborate with a team marketing professionals, ensuring all project goals are met within given constraints, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage vendor/partner relationships, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Provide performance feedback, fostering growth and development within the marketing operations team.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance, project updates, and strategic marketing insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign results, analysis, and recommendations.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and creative teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management and campaign management, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Strong project management experience, with a track record of managing complex marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide the team effectively. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple functions within the organization to achieve marketing goals.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Unica) and Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront, Wrike, Monday)
