Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Content Specialist at Timekeepers Consultants in Pune. As a Content Creator and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content across various formats, including graphics, videos, and repurposed content for Social Media outreach. The role involves managing web content, communications, content strategy, and web analytics. The Web Content Specialist will work both in the office and remotely to support the digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing infographics, carousels, and other graphic content for LinkedIn outreach and other digital platforms.
  • Design and produce short-form videos (including editing) from interviews, webinars, or live events to repurpose into social media content.
  • Collaborate on interviews and podcast-style videos to repurpose content into smaller clips, blog posts, or LinkedIn updates.
  • Repurpose video/audio into multiple social media formats, such as quotes, blog posts, or short clips for various channels.
  • Stay updated on AI tools and utilize them for content creation and repurposing tasks.
  • Regularly analyze and report on engagement metrics to optimize content strategies.


Qualifications

  • Web Content Writing and Content Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Web Analytics and Content Strategy
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
