"We are currently looking for an 'Automation Sales Specialist', who'll have the opportunity to drive the sales of RPA tools & services, helping our clients to deliver the required support with innovation, scalability, and growth. Your main focus will be on acquiring new customers, expanding the customer base, and nurturing key customer relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth."


Key Responsibilities include:


1. Client Engagement:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on RPA solutions tailored to client’s specific requirements.


2. Automation Solution Sales:

  • Promote and sell automation solutions from uiPath/Automation Anywhere/ WorkFusion/Cyclone Robotics/Rocketbot to enterprises across various industries.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to present suitable solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and objections.


3. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and industry trends.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancements.


4. Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth for cloud services.
  • Track and report on sales performance and opportunities in the pipeline.


5. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts to deliver comprehensive cloud solutions to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong track record of selling automation technology computing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of RPA tools & services and their respective strengths and use cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, handling RPA portfolio.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution design.
  • Familiarity with RPA cost optimization and automation management tools.
  • Existing relationships within the Process Automation Ecosystem.
