We have an exciting opportunity for a Flight Support Coordinator to join the Commercial Jets Division based in our busy Mumbai Office

Job Description

Working as a Flight Support Coordinator this role will be supporting the Sales Brokers in organising and managing their Group Charters.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers
  • Preparing pre and post flight reports
  • Filing all paper work and ensuring proper handover to brokers
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
  • Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
  • Understanding or experience of flight planning
  • Complete flight documents for confirmed charters and ensure that the flight packs are received
  • Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary
  • Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed

Qualifications

  • Is customer focused, ambitious and driven
  • Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi
  • Has previous Aviation / Airport experience
  • Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be willing and able to travel often at short notice
