Job Summary:
As the Content Strategist at Nap Chief, leading the charge in shaping our brand narrative. Your mission? To craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience and drive engagement across all channels. Ready to revolutionise the way we connect with our community?
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
Think of yourself as the storyteller-in-chief, crafting captivating narratives that bring our brand to life.
Develop a content roadmap that aligns with our brand vision and resonates with our target audience.
Produce a diverse range of content, including blog posts, social media copy, videos, and more, to keep our audience engaged and inspired.
- Audience Engagement:
Become the voice of Nap Chief, fostering meaningful connections with our community through authentic storytelling.
Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience in real-time, sparking conversations and building relationships.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all content touchpoints.
- Content Strategy:
You'll be the architect of our content ecosystem, defining content pillars and themes that drive brand awareness and loyalty.
Stay ahead of industry trends and insights, leveraging data to inform content strategy and optimise performance.
Measure the impact of our content initiatives, refining strategies based on key metrics and feedback.
- Photoshoot Strategy and Planning:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of photoshoots, ensuring visuals align with brand aesthetics and storytelling objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and execute photoshoots that showcase our products in the best light.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of 2-3 experience in content strategy and creation, with a portfolio that showcases your storytelling prowess.
- You have a deep understanding of the kids' fashion landscape and a passion for crafting narratives that resonate with young audiences.
- Analytical mindset? Check. You're adept at interpreting data and using insights to refine content strategies and drive results.
- Your communication skills? Top-notch, because you're not just crafting content - you're fostering connections and building communities
