Role Description
This is a full-time role for a System Administrator based in Bengaluru. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, and overseeing information technology infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Netcool probes (e.g., MTTrapd, EIF, Email, Syslog, Message Bus).
- Strong knowledge on Netcool Impact, DSAs, write custom impact policies
- Integration knowledge via impact, web service, Rest APIs to other ITSM systems. Integrate Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus with other systems (e.g., ServiceNow, databases).
- Configure and manage the Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus system.
- Customize event presentation, filters, and views.
- Create scheduled, custom, and ad-hoc reports.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting.
- Automation tools integration knowledge.
- Very Good troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
