Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Core HR, Talent, and Compensation modules. This role requires strong technical skills in data migration, system integration, custom report development, and the use of Oracle HCM cloud technology.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR modules.

- Handle data migration and system integration tasks.

- Set up, customize, and maintain Core HR, Talent, and Compensation modules.

- Develop and integrate custom reports within Oracle HCM.

- Utilize Oracle HCM cloud technology, SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts for various technical tasks.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a technical role within Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Expertise in Core HR modules, including data migration and system integration.

- Strong technical skills in setting up, customizing, and maintaining Core HR, Talent, and Compensation modules.

- Experience in developing custom reports and integrating reporting tools within Oracle HCM.

- Proficiency with Oracle HCM cloud technology, SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
