Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Ambattur. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and effective communication with potential clients.


Qualifications

  • Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Support skills
  • Strong communication in English and Tamil. The ability to speak Hindi will be a plus.
  • Experience in telemarketing or a similar role
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
