We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accountant to oversee and enhance our financial and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.        Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2.        Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3.        Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card statements.

4.        Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.

5.        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

6.        Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

7.        Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

8.        Participate in the preparation for financial audits and provide support as needed.

9.        Can file GST and ITR independently.

10.        Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

11.        Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.

 

QUALIFICATION:

1.        Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2.        CPA certification preferred.

3.        0-1 years of experience in accounting or related field.

4.        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.        Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

6.        Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

7.        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8.        Knowledge of tax regulations is a plus.

9.        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
