Virtual Assistant/HR Admin Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in virtual assistance, HR administration, and marketing support. You will work closely with various departments, providing administrative and creative assistance to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Virtual Assistant Support:
  • Create and maintain professional contracts
  • Manage company finances, including expense tracking (experience with Excel a plus)
  • Draft and schedule monthly email newsletters
  • Conduct research on brands and generate creative ideas for social media and design teams
  • Support HR Functions:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts (may include sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews)
  • Help with onboarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Teamwork & Communication:
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and support all team members
  • Maintain clear and concise communication through written and verbal interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creative and resourceful with a willingness to learn new things
  • Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Interest in marketing and design
