Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer - Robotics located in Pune.


Qualification – BE / Diploma Electrical or Electronics

Working Experience - 4-6 years preferably in body shop maintenance.


Required Skill set:


  1. Knowledge of KUKA (KRC2.KRC4) robotics programming, diagnosis and fault finding
  2. Robotics application stud welding, spot welding, MiG welding, Punch Revit and Nailing
  3. Knowledge of PLC integration with robot.
  4. Programming, Faultfinding knowledge of siemens PLC,HMI and SCADA (S7 200,300 AND TIA PRORTAL)
  5. Knowledge of communication protocol Profibus, profinet and ethernet
  6. Knowledge of electronics and electrical hardware and application
  7. Fault finding and diagnosis of spot and stud welding machines NIMAK and TUNKAR (Stanley)
  8. Planning and scheduling of PM and BD
  9. Manpower management and allocation
  10. Spare part procumbent and management
  11. Clear about electrical and electronics concepts and faultfinding
  12. Good communication/Presentation skills.
  13. PLC, VFD and automation work
  14. All types of sensors, timers and counters
