Client Relationship Manager

Eskimo is seeking a passionate and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our growing team  


In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking high-quality product photography services for ecommerces like Amazon, Flipkart and D2C brands. You'll build strong relationships, manage projects from conception to completion, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. A strong understanding of product photography and the ability to translate client needs into visual solutions are essential.


Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads for product photography services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand client needs, budgets, and desired outcomes.

Provide consultative selling, proposing tailored photography solutions.

Secure client contracts and manage project scopes.


Project Management:

Oversee projects from initial brief to final delivery.

Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Manage budgets and track project progress.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project.

Secure client approvals on key milestones.


Product Photography Expertise:

Possess a strong understanding of product photography principles, lighting techniques, and composition.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Advise clients on creative direction and photography styles to achieve their goals.

Work collaboratively with photographers to ensure client expectations are exceeded.


Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner.

Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams including photography, post-production, and sales.


Qualifications:


-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.

-Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

-A strong understanding of product photography is essential. Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-production is a plus.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Proficient in project management.

-Experience with quoting and proposal writing is a plus.
