Must have skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in developing Java microservices using Spring Boot or equivalent Java frameworks.
  • Java programming skills and ability to write clean code.
  • Expertise in various design patterns and principles ( eg.., SOLID), its usage and ability to apply the same.
  • Experience with open-source libraries and software's – (e.g., Apache Camel, Kafka, Redis, EFK )
  • Practical usage knowledge of eclipse, Postman, Git, Gradle, static code analyzer tools, Linux basic commands, SQL scripts
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum
  • Strong communication motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should understand and implement a given requirement / design quickly and should be able to ask the right questions.
  • Should have experience of leading a team of minimum size 4. Develop work schedules and allocate tasks to the team. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Junit, JMeter.

Good to have skills:

  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud.
