Leading OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) in Gujarat, is hiring a Wire-bond Expert / Senior Technical Manager.

Role Highlights

  • Develop, optimize, and validate wire-bonding processes.
  • Work with gold, copper, and aluminum wire bonding.
  • Troubleshoot equipment (e.g., K&S) and design tooling/window clamps.
  • Train and guide local teams.
  • Act as the subject matter authority for all wire-bonding issues.


Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10 years of hands-on wire-bonding experience in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Strong process + equipment troubleshooting expertise.
  • Knowledge of 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method).
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams.
  • Indians abroad (Malaysia/Philippines preferred) ready to return and contribute.
