Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to ensure smooth operation.
  • Implement security best practices and permissions management within Dynamics 365 to safeguard data integrity and privacy.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics 365 functionality.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.


Experience: 5-10 years


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
