Role: Blackline Implementation ManagerLocation: GurugramRequired Qualification Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MIS or ITNonprofit industry experience and expertise.10+ years Accounting or Finance Experience.Background in financial close process optimization/continuous improvementBlackLine Experience as a User & Admin (Local, Business or System)Experience leading implementations of Sage IntacctExpertise in process analysis and redesign of business processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong time management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes, budgets and outcomes across multiple clients and projectsAbility to prioritize and stay organized/focused in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with competing demands.Preferred qualifications:BlackLine Implementation Certified ConsultantExperience with BILL, Tallie, Sage IntacctExperience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environmentExperience in an outsourced accounting roleCA, CPA, MBA FinanceKey responsibilities:BlackLine Configuration: Configure and maintain the BlackLine platform to align with our specific financial processes and business requirements.User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience within the BlackLine platform.Process Optimization: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using BlackLine.Reconciliation Management: Oversee reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy and completeness in line with accounting standards.Journal Entry Management: Assist in the management and review of journal entries within BlackLine, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Task Management: Create, assign, and monitor tasks within BlackLine to streamline financial workflows.Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and data quality within the BlackLine platform, including data imports and exports.System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up to date with BlackLine software updates and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements.Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights to support financial decision-making.Compliance: Ensure that BlackLine usage adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements. Develop collaborative relationships with partnering teams and stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
