What you'll do?

TLDR; Manage & optimize inventory (Hotels, Experiences/Activities, Food, Transfers) ensuring seamless travel experiences for our groups.

The longer version

As an Inventory Coordinator at Experience Co., you'll ensure real-time accuracy of availability, pricing, and seamless coordination between our Destination Experts (DEs) and global vendors. You'll be at the heart of making sure our unique travel experiences go off without a hitch, from vibrant cities to exotic retreats.

You'll be deeply involved in managing inventory dashboards, coordinating bookings, vendor relationships, and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency critical to our scaling travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and continuously update a centralized, real-time inventory dashboard for accommodations, experiences, transfers, and food partners.
Proactively monitor inventory levels to identify potential shortages or availability challenges well in advance.
Regularly liaise with hotels, experience providers, transport vendors, and food suppliers to maintain accurate inventory status and manage allocations effectively.
Address vendor-related inventory queries swiftly and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Support Destination Experts by providing accurate inventory information and prompt confirmations, facilitating smooth booking processes.
Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory data accuracy across internal platforms.
Generate detailed reports highlighting inventory usage trends, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing inventory management efficiency and suggest automations or workflow improvements in collaboration with the Production Manager and tech team.
